Immigration Appeal Refusal

My wife applied to upper tribunal to appeal against the first tire tribunal judge determination but the upper tribunal refused her application to appeal to upper tribunal and Appeal Court. She is from non EU country and I am a British but we got married two years ago in UK after living together for 4 years. (Total of 6yrs living together now)
I am sick and unfit to do any work because I am disable. What can she do to remain in the UK. I need her to help me do things I can not do as disable person. She doesn't want to apply for Judiciary review and what other applications can she make to remain in UK.
