i came to uk in ocotber 2001 on that time i got with me british overseas citizen passport in 2004 i applied for a british citizen passport they give me a british passport but this passport is a by descent section 4b another day i read a home office website if british overseas citizen leaving in this uk for 5 year then applied through using application form B(OTA) can get a british passport otherwise than by descent it is possible that if i registerd again for british passport using home office application form B(OTA) i am leaving in since 2001 so its refly 11 years now if i can do that do i need to pass a test aswell life in uk ? plesse help me out i relly need a this informotion if u need more informotion i will provide u
