Can Sub-lease be shown as investment?

Can Sub-lease be shown as investment?

I have taken an commercial office space through subleased agreement for my new business.
Now can I show the money that I invested (£10,000) for the sublease as a form of pre-investment while I apply for tier 1 Ent. (£50000) catagory?

I have also subleased an office space for 10 years for my business. Now does it count as an investment?

you can show but u need proper documents by your accountant...
