Tier 2 Dependent New Baby Visa

Hello All,

I have a query regarding my new born's Tier 2 dependent visa application. I am sure this would have been covered many times, but my search hasnt borne much of a result. So please do forgive me. Also with a month old, things have been quite hectic.

My question is- what documents do I need to give for the application. All I can see from the UKBA site is that they need the maintenance requirements- bank or building society etc...and the UK birth certificate.

What I would like to know is, do they not need our marriage certificate as well? Passport and BRPs will also be needed I guess?

Can anyone help me with this and if possible direct me to the actual documents reqd page?
