Is it true to say that? are SMEs and private firms willing to apply for wp for overseas employees?

What I could say is that the biog companies know how to do it (or at lest have consultnat who are doing it for them) and have been doing that for many times, therefore if they apply for WP the chance that they will get it is very high.

For SME if they have applied work permit before and thus know how to do it the chance that they are willing to apply WP is quite high. Otherwise it is quite difficult but possible in theory.

Also keep in mind HO will be quite carefull to approve WP which are done by companies which have not applied WP before. I think you know the reason why ...
