I just read in an article on work permit about the tier based system to be introduced in 2008

I see in the Skills Shortage Occupations List, November 2006 (http://workpermit.com/uk/work_permit/occupations.htm)

IT related field is not mentioned at all.

Will it effect IT ppl applying for FLR next year?
