Change job with tier 2 general

I have a work permit tier 2 general, and I am currently working for an IT company, but I want to change, is it possible ? do I need a new CoS ? if yes, how long does it take ?
Is it easy ?

I have a work permit tier 2 general, and I am currently working for an IT company, but I want to change, is it possible ? yes do I need a new CoS yes ? if yes, how long does it take ? depends if company have a) a sponsor licence and b) an allocation of unrestricted CoSs for the current year.

Is it easy ?
