TIER 1 WON APPEAL- TWISTS OF FATE

Appilcation: TIER1 £50,000 PSW ROUTE
Application made: 16 August 2012
Visa Expired: 31 August 2012
Re Applied on: 03 September 2012
BIO Metric Recieved: 14 September 2012
Refused on: 05 March 2013
Appeal Granted: 17 June 2013

After a long wait and hassle, I have a good news to share with you friends.

My application was invalid due to payment process, had to send it again to accept. It was refused for the reasons no evidence to show the relationship with 3rd party, no contract. Had to make a paper appeal borrowing money from my friends. My solicitor gave me hope, support and challenged the reasons. Now I just need to wait for my Biometric card.

Atlast my prayers have made it possible.

Everyone don't loose hope, you can win worst situations with the right people around you.

to all ppl who have appealed against their decision must take aspiration from this case and fight hard for ur case on papers and in court....

The grounds for the reasons of the refusal have been made by my representative who developed it into a successful case. The third party and other refusal reasons were dealt by him.

I have graduated in Master's(Computer Networks) and Bachelor's Computer Engineering - Had applied as an IT Analyst/Consultant and registered own Ltd company.

refusal (reason funds not diposable in uk

Hi
i got refusal letter yeterday i applied from tier 4 to tier 1 reason of refusal third party contact is not mentioned and funds not disposable in UK.
Please can anyone guide what to do .I got right of appeal but i dont know which lawyer is good.
