Will Childcare Voucher affect my PR application?

My new company offers me Childcare Voucher. HR told me it is company benefit. But I still can not peace of my mind.

if i use the voucher, will it affect my pr application in the future?

No! It will have no effect whatsoever! For a start, the voucher comes from your employer, so how could it possibly be a Public Benefit?

Usually the amount on the childcare voucher is deducted from your gross salary so you're saving tax-wise. It isn't a "benefit" per se, just an incentive for mothers to go back to work.

(Unless you've got very generous employers who give them away free of charge)

How about travel voucher where company deduct a fix amount every month from a gross salary thereby saving tax on that amount?

Will this be ok for an Immigrant like WP or HSMP holder?
