I am having some Tier 2 issues and looking to all of you for your expertise!
Ok, here is my situation. I have a Tier 2 visa, with 3 dependents. My visa is due for renewal in Sept 2013.
Here's the tricky part. I may be switching employers soon-before or about the same time of my current visa expiry.
So, how should I proceed? Do I renew with current employer then do a switch? Or do I wait until new employer gives me the CoS (before Sept) and do a new visa application then?
How would you recommend proceeding? Obviously, with a family of four, whichever is the cheaper option would be best for me
And I am not friends with the UKBA website-what form would I use to switch employers? Is there a cost involved when switching from one employer to the next?
