Immigration Help Required?

Post by fbutt50 » Tue Jul 16, 2013 10:35 am

hi sir/madam

my ILR is due on sep.2014 but my college is suspended and i fall under 5 year degree cap as well therefore my questions are

1. shall i put up a new application while college is suspended( bearing degree cap in mind) or wait until the decision comes and receive a 60 days letter to apply for new college?

2. What is the appropriate route to complete 1 more year lawfully and qualify for ILR?

3. how much maintenance funds do i need if i put up new application at any stage if needed for persuing existing course or switching to a new course?

thnx

After spending 9 years on UK student visa I don't think you will be able to extend your visa anymore. General you cannot stay in UK more than 8 years on student visa. I think no college or University will issue you CAS as well. Try to swich some other category if possible.

you should switch into other categories such as employment, enterpreneur or spousal category. If married then can become dependent of the main applicant.

Appeal right

Post by fbutt50 » Tue Jul 16, 2013 3:18 pm

Thanx for the reply also can i ask you another question about appeal right.
If you put up your application within 60 days time period when curtailment letter is issued do you get an automatic appeal right in case of refusal ?

Regards

If for a category you are no longer eligible and UKBA has already make your aware and policy guideline also clarify it then how can you get appeal right rather further aggravate your case. Switching into different category is advisable for which even you can come back to UK in 6 months.
