I've been following this thread like a lot of other people.
I have a query my husband received a phone call a few days ago which was more than a month after our deadline they confirmed his dob and email and then emailed a by the grace of almighty Allah a CALL IN LETTER.
Can anyone confirm if that means decision has been overturned definitely, also does he have to submit tb with his passport or if its just needed at the airport. And how long it will take for us to get his passport back he's going to submit his passport on the 1st inshallah.
Jazakallah khairun
thanks just remeber me in your prayersSadia786 wrote:Congrates dear:)munashak wrote:salaam to everyone on this page!

I am also thinking this. I want to ask the documents do we make a whole new bundle to send or is it just the documents we sent for appeal plus anything else we want to add?akhan47 wrote:I was first given a court date in October, after my MP wrote a letter the date was changed to 2nd September.
I want to ask, they say send documents in no less than 5 days before the day. If we send the documents now, is it possible that they will look at them and decide not to take the case to court? As in, just send my wife a call letter? Or will it definitely go to court now?

Hi. congrats on getting an earlier date, its so busy by the looks of things... anyway yoiu can send you letter of support at anytime right up to 5 days before... send it now they will look and maybe overturn before court or withdraw your case from court.
I hope that has helped
sammad what will b happen after 29/8/13 ?Sammad wrote:Yes, congratulations, she has got the visa. You will hear from them shortly. It takes a few months I think, check my time line, by the way you can go to Pakistan with this. I did I went to Pakistan because this time I wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly. About 2 - 3 months later she got visa.mdc01am wrote:no didnt go to court & not heard anything from immigration court so far.
About a week before the appeal deadline was up, my wife got a "Call-letter" emailed to her & a phone call at the same time advising her to submit her passport at the Gerrys Office.
So it seems appeal been overturned (i hope!). So waiting to receive passport back now & its been about 3weeks now but no answer back so just playing the waiting game.
Hope she recieves stamp on passport but not holding my breath. I meet all the criteria for the visa (probably as like most ppl here) but still my wifes visa got rejected for a nonesense reason so had to appeal.
So I dont have much trust in the BHC in pakistan in their decision making process & do hope they get their act together.

Thank you. I just read your signature... your court date was in January and you only got call letter in March?? It takes 2 months for the call letter if the appeal is successful??zully wrote:akhan47 wrote:I was first given a court date in October, after my MP wrote a letter the date was changed to 2nd September.

Sir, please can you explain what "any additional keeper" means. Am also preparing for hearing and like all people here want to make sure don't miss out on sending important docs.zully wrote:LoveMyBaby786 wrote:What do they mean by letter of support can anyone explain to me please.
My answer was fit the other gentleman about handing his papers to court... It's basically your evidence and any additional keeper. Which will support your case really..

Please can you tell me, did it really take 2 months to get call letter after your court appeal was successful?zully wrote:Immi121 wrote:Sir, please can you explain what "any additional keeper" means. Firstly people I'd like to say sorry my phone just randomly writes...
Ok so you can send any information support and a support letter, this support letter just tells the home office rep why the case should be allowed... Also when judge reads it it helps them too...
You will receive your court date and it will give your your home office rep information on there.
You can send these docs at any time but no later than 5 days before date.
I luckily didn't get my bundle sent back to the uk, so it was a massive help as the home office rep didn't have any thing to back his case up..
I hope that helps you guys.....
P.s. I am a lady and the best of luck to you guys I hope your patience pays off..
