Well tiredtrying

U do not need to worry about what document U need. The first things Unedd to do is to find the company who want to sponsor U for work permit. They will then file up work permit for U (NOT you) if they want to hire U .

FYI, This issue is actualy have been discussed here many times.

i looked at the uk visa website: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/servlet/Front ... 1068127#Q8

and i guess i am just wondering if that is the complete list that is all

Dear tiredtrying

UKVisas is official website form the UK government so the list of the document required is accurate. They have mention it in their website.

As you aware that you could only apply LTR/EC once you get work permit, and not the other way around.

Good luck with your application

Regards

hi Panaiema

I just want to double check LTR/EC = the working visa? Sorry with all the terms I get a little confused. Thank you again for responding!

LTR= Limited Leave to Remain (visa issued by the BIA).
EC= Entry Clearance (visa issued by the Diplomatic Posts abroad).

hi Docterror,

I am actually getting a bit confused now. Because I talked with many agencies and they never really mentioned Limited Leave to Remain to me. And I try to find out more about just now but am having a tough time finding anything. I am not sure if Limited Leave to Remain applies to me? If i get EC = which i guess is the Visa I should apply for afterward I get my work permit, isn't that all that I need?

Thank you so much for responding, I am sure you get these questions all the time.

You shouldn't worry about the Limited Leave to Remain right now. What you need to do is to apply for the EC in the nearest British Embassy once you have the work permit using the required documents for the visa.
