a number of minor changes to the Immigration Rules have been published which will come into force on 1 July 2013.

changes to the documents required for approved English language tests

This language test requirment for all HSMPs they going to ILR ?

As per UKBA website,

"Changes to 'knowledge of language and life' requirements
Requirements for applicants for settlement or naturalisation will change from 28 October 2013."
