I am nov 12 applicant and still waiting and we are not the only ones waiting there are people that applied before nov plus 500000 backlog sad but true. Dont be worried i know the pain that waiting brings , i could start writing a book about it, have not seen my wife for more than 10 months, it affects my job, lost my holiday back in July. I used to call UKBA and thats waste of time just the standard response from them that we all heard to many times. Please update if u hear anything.
All the best.

ilr-tracker wrote:Concern is just about the period before grant of Tier-1.
Its good if someone has sal slips/bank statement for that period or just P-60's its either or.
In some cases previous grant like WP approval letters have also worked.

I knew about this forum only after i submitted my application. I have been with only one employer during these five years and have used my employer letter to emphasize my 5 years residency. I also submitted my work permit approval docs and HO document received by my employer approving the work permit. Fingers cross i hope HO will be fine with this. All themandatory documents were provided.
I ama work permit holder.
Any views will be much appreciated. I am a bit worried now.
