Does home office issuse you 1 year work permit after finishing your msc degree ?

No.

U can apply for the IGS visa/permit which is effectively the same, I dunno the cost but I reckon our Gov will been asking 3-400 quid...

And it's for any recognised degree not just Masters.

When did/do you graduate? Is this a full 3/4 year degree? Or higher? I think one can apply only when you have your transcripts, not just when you finish your classes or exams...it costs £395 for 'normal' service. Go to the 'working in the UK' website for more information or BIA to get an application form.
