eea family permit from pakistan

Hi guys,

i,m going to apply for eeafp from pakistan i,m going to post here all the documents i,m going to submit and the details i,m just worry if any thing is missing or i,m doing it right way here are the documents and details i,m going to submit.
From Me:
1 pasport and copy of pasport
2 marriage certificate orig and copy
3 tb test certificate
4 latter from me i,m going to join my wife and kids in uk
5 online application submit
(do i need to fill up vaf 5 form other then online application on ukba website they said i have to do that coz online form is vaf4 only
optional dacuments from me (should i sumbit or not? )
*job latter (but i work with my bro is it ok to sumbit)
*bank statement
( there is amount around 8 k gbp in rupees but not reguler salary or pay slips)
* property dacuments
*police character certificate (do i need to submit this?)
papers from my wife
1 passport photocopy
2 self emploment latter
3 bank statments from last 6 months
4 HM Revenue&custom tax credits latter
5 house tenancy agreement (renting agrrement from landlord)
6 accountant latter for income self employment
7 divorce certificate copy (she was preciously married )
8 latter from my wife i,m going to join them in uk


here is the explanation my wife hired a lawyer in uk to do the application
lawyer submitted the online vaf4 form and my wife mailed me the copy of printed application to take appointment from garry,s and submit hard copy supporting documents and fingerprints.
while i was reading the printed application i found some mistakes wrong spelling of my wife name lawyer didnt mention my work or business with my bro and nothing about my financial means on the top of that in application lawyer mention my wife is supporting me (does this goes in favor of me in decision making?) actually im support my wife and kids and she works too.
our kids born in eu( eu national) and living with my wife and going school in uk .
in the application the lawyer stated that i have 2 dependent kids is that right answer?
so the reason to post here i want to know if every thing gonna go smoothly or i need to cut or add some documents
and how long does it take from pakistan to get decision?
kindly give me advise as i,m little bit nervous don't want that ukba reject my application and then i have to re apply again and wait for long time to join my family
