HSMP From TWFS Work Permit

Hi,

I just finish my TWES Work Permit and then my company applied for Commercial Work Permit.
As per pervious Question many friends told me that it is not possible. Seems its true . I haven’t heard any answer from work permit department - I am sure they will reject my application.

Now I am also eligible for HSMP. I would like to know if I got 75 Points am I eligible for HSMP? Do I still need to leave this country for entry clear or I can get extension?

It will be very helpful if anyone can put more light on it.
Please only post answer if you are sure it will be very important for my future plan. Your answer will be very important for me.

I am also on TWES and about to finish as well.

As far as I know, you need to leave this country and then you could apply for HSMP....but no need for that 12 or 24 months staying out of this country.

A question for you, could you let me know if you are paying any tax now?
I am on TWES working experience permit, but I have been told I don't need to pay tax...so...

Not sure if you have any idea?

Hi,

Well as far I know we need to pay TAX and NI.
TAX and NI alwasy cut from my payslip.
And you cant claim it back as well. I am sure about it.
Still you can take an advice from some one else.

Are you pretty sure about that because I just had a chat with a consultant and she told me that you need to stay out of the UK for atleast 12 months before applying for anyother VISA.
