Is Letter from Employer mandatory?

Post by gsurendra » Thu May 24, 2007 3:26 pm

Hi all,

There is no mention of requirement of Letter from employer as evidence for Earning Proof, except for exceptional cases e.g. countries where there is no tax.

Has anybody submitted his application without a Letter and was awarded points for Past Earnings?

For proof of earning you do not need Letter from employer. WHat you need is. Pay slips, Bank stae#tement showingthe floew of your salary, tax document (P60 in case you are working in the UK).

You could submit The letter from your employers as addtional evendence but not the subsitute. It just to clarifies the level of your salay in case you.

Good Luck
