Curtailed Tier4 Visa

Post by dede100 » Wed Sep 04, 2013 6:00 pm

Hey guys I want to explain my present situation. So basically I was a former student of a particular uni but was kicked out due to poor performance. This was then made known to the home office who then curtailed my current visa to 60days,which expires on 18th September.I am aware I have to apply for a new visa and have decided to make my application back in the uk as i am oversees and I have some of my documents still in the uk.Now i have been granted a place in a different university and i am waiting for my CAS document to arrive. So I wanted to know if i could use my CAS document to serve as proof for a legitimate reason for me to back in the uk when i get to heathrow immigrations. Whats your opinion on this guys?

I am also a similar situation like you .

Hai I been in uk since sep 2010 as a student.but in November 2011 my college licence suspended for temporary and from the college they informed students will get further information after Xmas holidays.so we went to January and they informed they lost their college licence and ukba will send individual letter for everyone about tier 4 lost licence. But we(all students from our class)didnt get any letter from ukba.so I returned back to my country on November 2012 but my visa was valid till January 2013.on August 6 th I applied for student visa in university of South Wales for another course and its 20 working days now.is there any chance for getting a visa.i submitted my one year progression letter from my previous college .
