Physiotherapist needing help with Tier 2 Application

Hi all
I'm a physiotherapist from South Africa that has been offered a job by a physio company in the UK. However the company is not yet a registered sponsor. Do you know if it's likely that she'll qualify for this and obtain a certificate for me? And if not, do you know if any companies are hiring with sponsorships?

Your help will be MUCH appreciated!!
