Income Tax Return

I come from Pakistan where the Tax year from July to June....Income Tax returns are filed in September.

I have a friend who has a case where his salary is as much as it should be.

a) Salary Slips are available
b) Letter from the Employer is Available (A very prominent company)
c) Bank statement is also available and it also states the money transfers but the source is not mention. But Statement will definetly certify what the Employee is claiming.

My question is very simple:

a) Can he apply now or should he wait for September?

I've same case........

everything is ready to courier except Income Tax Return. My employer even agree to give me a letter sating the detailed income tax which they have submitted on my behalf...

but I have to wait till September end.... and I think it is better to wait instead of putting 400 pounds on chance (UNLESS YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF AGE POINTS)....
