wife's visa for a settled person

I recently got my ILR and I am getting married in few months time. my wife to be is a pakistani national and lives in pakistan. before getting ILR i was on work permit. i would like to know which application will be required for my wife when I get married? I have searched UKBA website and was not able to find an answer to my question.

it seems like i need to apply for my wife's visa a dependent of work permit holder i.e. using form VAF2 and not VAF4 (dependent of a settled person)? plz can anyone help and share their experience?

Partner of a settled person is correct.

Cannot apply as the spouse of a work permit holder (196).
