I am a British Citizen living abroad with my Wife

Post by jdkaan » Thu Oct 03, 2013 12:13 pm

Dear All,

I am a british citizen now living and working abroad and have recently got married. I want to bring my wife over to Britain for a visit.

I also have a sister who lives in London and we will be staying at my sisters house for around three weeks.

Now my question is that do I apply for her as either:

A) A general Vistior; or
B) A family visitor

What category shall I apply as?

Please help

If she is visiting your sister, then family visitor.

Ok, I was just making sure it wasn't an EEA country.
