Question 9.12 and previous addresses for ILR Set (M) form

Post by humanorgan » Sun Oct 06, 2013 4:19 am

I have a question for 9.12 on form Set (M) where they ask about your ties to a country where you were either born in, have nationality or spent more than 5 years living in. What do you write? Does this include the UK? Because I wasn't going to mention the UK, but my partner brought up a very good point that I've been living here for 9 years now, so I was wondering if I should include the UK as well as my birth country.

Also, I have been living with my partner for about 6 years now but there is a section that asks to list any previous addresses from the last 2 years. Is it possible for me to list all my addresses from the last 6 years, would that be wise?

Thanks in advance!

List what it asks, i.e. 2 years.

Yes include the ties to the UK.
