PIO collection process

Hi,

I am about to collect in person, at HCI in Aldwych, my PIO card.

My question is do you have to hand in your passport (to get a visa stamp in it) in the morning, like you do for OCI card, and collect the passport and PIO card in the afternoon (between 4 to 5pm).

Or do you just collect the PIO card in the afternoon (no passport handed in)?

I looked on the PIO page of the website (http://www.hcilondon.in/pio.html), but it is not clear about the collection process

Have you applied for PIO ?

If yes, they would have given you the receipt and date of collection as well.

Yes, I have applied for PIO and have the receipt and 17th Oct is date of collection.
