Entrepreneur visa dependant appeal!! Urgent plz help needed!

Hi,

My wife applied for the entrepreneur visa and at the same time i applied for dependant within UK but because her visa got rejected and i got right of appeal and i have appealed. But she reapplied as the main applicant and has now received her visa by the grace of God but i am still waiting for my hearing which is in a few months time.
i want to know if i can send a letter to UKBA to issue a visa for me now since the main applicant has received the visa. or should i wait for my hearing please suggest what should i do??? :? the reason for my rejection was that the main apllicant (my partner) had her visa rejected

you should also mention here if your partner refusal caused your refusal, a provision of an incomplete information can not be dealt with for a proper suggestion.

yes my reason of refusal was that my partner the main applicant got her visa refused.

@ broody, congratulation as you have already got your visa but just that you still haven't receive it. The reason why I said it is that your partner visa is the only condition of you getting yours and since your partner got it already, HO will issue you if all other requirement are met.

You have the option of waiting for your appeal to be heard or you can consult a lawyer to see how you could withdraw your appeal while at the same time putting in a fresh application without jeopardising your section 3C/3D.

I just want to ask why did your partner submit a fresh application? Did your partner not got a right of appeal or what? And are u just joining your partner as dependant for the first time?
