Spouse Original Passport and Biometric must for FLR(M)?

Post by mcmp777 » Sun Oct 27, 2013 12:59 am

Hi, I got ILR grant recently and now I am applying for dependent extension through post for my wife on FLR(M) as she has not completed her 2 years stay in UK yet(her visa was granted in may 2012) . I would like to know if it is must that I need to attach MY original Passport and Biometric card along with her application or if its ok to attach photocopies of the above documents of mine along with Home Office letter, as I do not want to send them my originals and wait for them for whatever time they take to process her application. Any alternative not to post my passport and biometric please?

On what basis did you apply for ILR?
