spouse and child dependant visa

Post by 075534 » Wed Jun 13, 2007 2:51 pm

Hello to everyone reading this.

To cut it all short, i came to the uk on a right of abode visa ( certificate of entitlment) issued in my foreign passport. I have been in the uk know for 7 months. When leaving my country i left my 5 children and husband there. On arrival in the Uk i was offered a job with a gross income of 13000 a year. I would know like to submit an application for them to come to the uk for settlement. my questions are:

1. Would my gross income effect the case in anyway?
2. I have 2 children who are 18 plus, can they still come with me?
3. Wht type of evidence do i need to provide to support my children application?
4. Would DNA tests have to be carried out? if so when?
5. Is it too early to submit an application?

Look forward to any responses

What is your country of nationality and are you also a British citizen? If not, then how did you get Right of Abode?
