Can my brother apply for extension in UK?

Post by maaberglady45 » Tue Nov 05, 2013 9:01 am

Hi, My brother who is 29 years old got a 2 years visit visa which will expire in January next year but I want to know if he has any chance of applying for an extension here in the UK. Also am a naturalised british since June this year so wondering if he can apply as a dependant of me.
Any suggestions will be really appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for reply guys but reading through the links it doesn't seem clear to me, does it mean he can extend here but only for three months? Please advise. Thanks
