Uk Tier1 Dependant Visa for Child

Hi,

I am applying for Tier1 Dependant visa for my Child whose age is 10 months old. I have almost filled the information in the Visa4UK website but stuck what to fill the information for the below in Section4:Mother Travelling With Child Applicant

If my wife wants to nominate my name, do I need to travel along with him for every time he visits from India to UK. It sense it is quite useful to nominate my name but just want to know whether I need to accompany every time he travel to UK.

You may nominate a second person to be added to the visa, this could be a parent, legal guardian, other relative or any other adult. This person will be allowed to travel to the UK with the Child with or without you.

Also on the Signature part: As he is just 10 months old, it seems my wife has to sign on his behalf. Can you confirm this, please
