Hello,

I was wondering if someone could please help me out on the scenario
wherein the child does not have an Indian passport but carries a British passport and how can he/she apply for an OCI card?”

Considering both parents are Indians and have gone through the process of naturalisation/British passport/Surrendering Indian passport and soon be applying for OCI.

If an adult is eligible for an OCI, then her minor child is also eligible.
check the HCI website OCI sectionfor Required Documents and Other Supporting Documents
