Applying to Tier 2 ICT long term, already holding T2 ST ict

Post by varunone247 » Thu Nov 21, 2013 11:00 am

Hi,

I am currently in UK on a Tier 2 ICT Short term. The Visa is valid till March 15. I have been asked to extend my assignment and apply for a long term visa. I understand that I need to go back to India and apply for the Visa. However I wanted to know if I apply for a new Cos in December and I go back to India and apply for the Visa on that CoS, by any chance if the visa gets rejected then would I be allowed to come back in to the UK on my existing Visa? Accordingly I need to plan whether I should vacate my flat in March and then go back apply visa and come back to do the house hunting again.
