Tier 2 ICT to General and settlement

Hi,

I have been in UK under Tier2 ICT since 2009 & want to get Tier 2 General through a different employer. However I am not sure if I apply for settlement my stay since 2009 will be counted even though I might be in Tier 2 General.

Can someone help me with this? Thanks for your help.

it will be counted if it is continuous.
