Hi All

I recently met a girl through Shaadi.com who claimed her company has been sponsoring her through renewing her visa every year for the last 12 years, she hasn't been to her country since then and she claimed if she continues likes this for another 8 years, which will add upto 20 years, she will be eligible for Indefinite Leave to remain in the country.

Is it possible to renew your visa for that long? what would be her visa status? Do you think I will face any hurdle marrying her by UKBA? Has she been living illegally in the country?

It would be very kind of you to advice me on this.
