My friend want to apply TD for urgent travel her mom is very sick she got the medical report do u think she will get quick process?

Yes Vinny is correct.

The MP can help expedite a claim if evidence is supplied. Be careful if this is an asylum seeker going to their native Country, where they are fearing persecution.
