Change of Details-Applying for Naturalisation

Hi, I have a technical question.

I'm applying for Naturalisation via 3 year route. I got married in May 2013. I'm would like to submit the application in my new marriage name. However my current passport does not have my new name and I'm currently in the process of changing my name with other organisations.

Should I wait and apply for a new biometric card since i read a requirement if i change my details i should send a form to change my biometric card or i can be fined £1000.00 or should I still submit my application for naturalisation?

Please HELP!
