Need advice for PR (EEA4) application

Post by dinushka » Fri Nov 22, 2013 6:48 pm

hi members,

I have to apply for Permanent Residency (EEA4). At the moment I have ROR after divorce with EEA national. On 10th of April 2014, my five years will be completed, as EEA family member.

Can somebody tell me that how many weeks or months before I can apply for PR, before completion of my 5 years period?

There are different rules for different visa categories. You can apply 28 days early if you are under the UK immigration rules. There is no such rule for applications under EEA regulations. Apply once you complete the 5 years.
