Hi Forum ,
I would need advice how to chase UKBA once the six month timeline has passed, i called them couple days ago they said your application still on progress and you should hear from us in the next couple weeks.

I would finish my six month timeline in a week time.
I am requesting advice if there is a legal directive for them to give information on the progress or process the application faster,
I am thinking of going in the below way

1.Shall i start of complaining of the length of the time it took ,Wait for the response.
2. Write to my MP, note that i already got my MP involved couple weeks ago an they told him the application still under 6 months period, he goes if you dont hear from them by 30/11 let me know i call them once again and ask for an update.

I would say, give them 2-3 weeks. If you do not get a decision in 3 weeks, involve your MP.

Ignore this guys, I just had text from my bro saying brown letter from HO arrived I asked him nt 2 open it till I get home :p

Lol courseeee 30 min after da MSG I was der all sorted dated 19/11 received 23/11 my wait is over ( 5 months an 3 wks )
