Tier 2 general Change of employment applications

Hi,

Currently I am on Tier 2 General Visa (Expires on June 2015), got an offer from new employer agreed to issue CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship) soon. Do I need to make new application with the new CoS or is there any application form for Change of employment applications. If so please send me the link for the application from and give me the full details to apply for the Tier 2 Change of employment application.

It is essentially a new application for a new Tier 2 general visa. You do not need to prove maintenance...
