Can I apply dependant visa for my wife on tier4? I am going to apply tier4 from Pakistan. Will be doing masters degree.[/quote]

If your college is not publicly funded or HEI or you are not sponsored by Govt then you cannot bring your dependants in the UK regardless of the level of study.

As I said above, it doesn't matter what level of study you do, you cannot bring your dependants.
