Claimed Asylum in UK ..refused..
Appealed .. rejected
Appealed to upper tribunal.. refused
Fresh evidence....told home office its arriving within 2 days but they didn't wait..and i got
Removed.......
in pakistan now..

Got fresh evidence for fresh claim...

Is it possible to submit fresh evidence from outside UK .. if yes .. How ? what forms to fill.. Send it directly to Home office?

Will highly appreciate ur feedback or guidance...

I am afraid to claim asylum you have to be physically present in UK.

What are the options if u are removed

1) Return on a legitimate visa and then try again - but you'll have to have strong evidence of how stuff has changed.

2) Try somewhere else?

3) Stay where you are.
