Spouse visa help needed

I have got question, and solution which is not available in UKBA so decided to ask you.
i had started a business, a shop in midlands and i am in PSW visa, earlier this year as a director of limited company. but since the business didn't complete one year yet so cant produce last financial year papers.
I can produce financial year paper this April but my visa runs out by end of Jan2014.
So now if i make my wife director(which i have to anyway) since i no longer have visa after jan, can i apply for spouse visa after april 2014 from outside UK considering director has been replaced but is own spouse.

To use self employment you have to provide income from a full financial year. If your business was in operation before April 2013 you can apply next year.

yes the business started before april 2013, so u r saying it doesnt matter that director changed within the couple?
