Need Urgent Help for dependent visitor Visa from India..

Hi,

I need your help for documentation for UK Family Visitor visa. I would like to invite my parents from India for a one month period while they will visit to U.S. to my brother place. i have Tier 1 General visa and I am working as contractor in UK by my own limited company.
Also getting monthly salary by my business account to saving acnt.


My queries as below :

1. Should I Submit Pay Slip (£800 provided by accountant every month) or dividend (NO documents for dividend) ? If Yes than what document for dividend? or 3 months Bank statement is enough.

2. Any minimum amount should maintain at my account or my parent Indian bank account for any specific period.

3. My Parents is retired and have income by house rent and some backup. what document require for this ?

3. I will call them in from Feb to March. My current tendency agreement would be till end of Feb2014. This will renew in Jan2014. If I deposit the current copy is that OK ?

4. Traveling ticket is mandatory ? Actually date are not decided. This will sponsor by my brother from UK. I will take care in Uk like accommodation / food in there stay. Should I book the ticket before application ?

Please help me out. I will highly appreciate.

the visa decision will be influenced by how much your parents are able to show that they have strong ties to India and that they have very good reasons not to intend to remain in UK beyond the visit visa period. your own documents and finances are secondary.

Thanks for quick reply. They have already have 10 years U.S. family visitor visa. They will stay here only 15 to 20 days while their way to US. They will go 2nd time to US for the period of 6 months.

The Air ticket will be sponsor by my brother from US. My parent can show his personal bank statement and Property document if require.
