Appeal processing - New CoS?

Hi all,

This forum has been extremely helpful. I just wanted to check something.. my Tier 2 sponsored visa was rejected because we listed my pro-rated 9 month salary on my CoS, instead of what it would have been if I were an employee with a yearly salary.

We're awaiting the appeal decision; should my employer, during this waiting period, assign a new CoS to me?

Thanks for any help you might be able to offer!

No, I think the appeal will be considered based on what was on the original CoS.
