Tier 2 (ICT Established Staff) Dependemt visa

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT Established Staff. My Visa Started in 31st March 2011 and expires in 27th March 2014. I got married recently and I want bring my wife to UK as a dependent. Since my tier 2 visa expires in 4 months.
Is there any chances of her visa gets rejected?

Can you please reply ASAP as I have very less time?
