Hi gurus

I applied entrepreneur visa on jan 2013 got refusal on may then I appealed home office decision my first tribunal also refused on oct 18, then appealed for UT in mean while I got a job who sponsored for my visa and I applied tier 2 general on 25 th Monday, application delivered 27 wed, and money deducted on 28th Thursday. I am just wondering when will I receive my acknowledgement how long does it take. because mean while my spouse got new job where he need to join dec 9th and he need to resign his present job. The new company are ok to join her with acknowledgement letter. Soo any info will be helpful
