C-Visit-Business Visa: Forming Ltd company in UK

Hello All,
I have UK Visa (C-Visit-Business). I would like to form a Ltd company (Sole Director) in UK. Is it legal to do so (from UKBA side of law)?
If it is, can someone please provide me a link where it confirms the same thing?

If it were not permitted, I could show you a link. But, as it is permitted, there is no link because a link to everything that is permitted would be the longest list in existence, perhsps infinite. For this reason, the rules tend to say what is prohibited and makes no mention of a prohibition on entering the UK to set up a business. Obviously, you cannot actually work for the entity that you own or are a director of.
