Tier 2 ICT Long Term Cooling Period

Hi,

I have Long term Tier 2 ICT visa valid till Apr 2015 while I want to got o india and stay for 6 month or so and return to UK in July 2014 and stay till my visa expiry.

Is there any restriction or cooling period apply in this case?

FYI - I'll work for the same client and same company.

Please do advise.

You can return back to UK as long as the Visa is valid and your Employer has not withdrawn the COS or update UKBA about your exit from UK.
