Job terminated on 29/01
I made an appela to the employer to reinstate me...
Appeal decision to confirm termination 21/02
on the same day HR confirmed that UKBA had been informed of termination and i have 60 days to leave UK.

I wish to know will these 60 days be counted from 29/01 or 21/02.
I do not want to seek clarification from the HR as I do not have any reason to believe on anything they tell me.

Is there any way I can check my visa validity? Call UKBA maybe?

All advice appreciated.

P.S: the dates are mentioned just so that you can calculate the 60-day period (These are not actual dates though)

apologies for the confusion.

I have mentioned the dates in case you wish to calculate the 60 day period for me (not actual dates)

thanks for providing the info- does the 60 day period start from the date I was terminated or start when the UKBA have reviewed my case.

Is there any way I can check this on UKBA's website?

the 60 days will start from the date the HO make the curtailment decision which will be some time after they receive notification of the termination from your sponsor
